Now I understand why these guys get such rave reviews. Pure Moving moved our household 400 miles from West Los Angeles to El Dorado Hills near Sacramento. They worked quickly and efficiently while also being very careful and responsive to our needs. It took about 3 hours for their team to load 35 years worth of stuff into their truck. At first we worried that all our furnishings wouldn’t fit into their truck but when they had finished all our belongings were packed so tightly and carefully that the truck was only about 2/3 full as you can see from the picture.

When unloading at our new home they arranged boxes in the garage very carefully leaving room for us to walk around them and find the boxes we need. They even helped unpack the bigger items and set them up in our new home. Nothing was broken or scratched.

Daniel, Valek, Dmitry and Wolf did an amazing job, they were Carefull, efficient and they took care of everything. From packaging to unpacking all the main things. I 100% recommend this company and Daniel’s team.

We used Pure Moving to move locally in LA last year and did not have a good experience with them. First of all, do not believe all the good reviews. Yes, they did a decent job but some of our good quality furniture was scratched. We asked for 4 men but 2 of the guys disappeared for an hour or so which caused the move take longer than initially planned. The crew was entirely Russian and 2 of the men did not speak English which made communications very difficult. We noticed the crew did everything they could do for the move to take longer. They took their time doing things that did not make much difference. Legally everything should be included in their written estimate that they provided after seeing a live video of our moving home and our moving inventory. In the end, they said our move took a lot longer and asked us to pay $455 more than their written estimate. However, we knew that legally movers cannot charge 110% more than their estimate that was put into writing to us by email and therefore, we paid them 110% of the estimate, not $455 more. Then the movers asked for tips and we tipped them $20 each but they were very aggressive about it. They demanded we tip them $50 each at the minimum. That is outrageous given that they tried to make every task take longer and 2 of the men disappeared for a while causing the move take longer. In fact we felt they should reduce their fees for that matter. Don’t you wonder why all their reviews are great? That is not possible as so many things can go wrong during a move. Additionally, Pure Moving is not registered with BBB because BBB ratings are completely based on consumer claims and reviews. You be the judge!

Efficient moving process, and great communication!

Roman and Hilov were so wonderful and efficient, even in the rain! They took amazing care of my stuff and hustled throughout the morning and I am so thankful. My new apartment didn’t have an elevator and it didn’t phase them. They were able to make my move so easy and I am very grateful.
