They were very polite, considerate and helpful! they went above and beyond, driving the moving truck for a long-distance destination 4 hours away SAME DAY! I contacted Pure Moving service and got a quote within no time. The phone agent was very helpful as he was able to lay out all the pricing details for me with instruction on how to prepare for the move.
Dima was the lead mover that was assigned to me, and man were he and his team amazing. They worked very fast and efficiently, made sure that the move stayed within an optimal time range. Dima also worked very professionally as he was pointing out problems with some of our packages and helping us pack our furnitures and kitchenware in a proper way to make sure that nothing would be damaged in the truck as it was driven to my new place.
