I recently moved from East Coast to West Coast and used Pure Moving Services. They were unprofessional and not on time. The company kept my items in their warehouse in MD for more than 15 days. Every time when I call them, they answer that we have no updates for you. I am in West Coast and totally confuse to cancel my order or wait for no exact date/time.
