This was my second time using Pure Moving and I cannot recommend them enough. I had a big move, from LA to the Bay Area and it couldn’t have been easier. I had a lot of stairs in LA (sorry guys!) but they got everything out and packed into the truck on time and securely. And move in was even easier (less stairs), everything arrived exactly how it was put into the truck. Thanks again for your help!

It was my first time moving in general and my first time using movers. I could not have wished for a better experience.

I was overwhelmed with choices and decided to go with Pure Moving because of their outstanding reviews. I filled out the form on the website and they called me back to confirm the details right away. All upcoming charges were clearly explained and even my wishes were followed. I wanted them to start around 12 pm but the time slots they had would have me started at either 10 am or 2 pm. They promised to accommodate my request the best they can and showed up shortly before 12.

Andrei and Errol were absolutely fantastic! After I met them outside, they came up to my studio apartment to evaluate the job and got started immediately. They are incredible at what they do. They had all the necessary equipment and they worked carefully around all of my belongings but at the same time, they were very efficient. Loading took about 3 hours and was longer because they were carefully planning out what goes where in the truck so it’s safe and easy to handle. Unloading took less than an hour. They took apart my bed and my couch to fit it through the doors, wrapped all of my fragile items (mirrors, glass coffee table, glass bar cart) and even my furniture in moving blankets and then upon arrival placed everything where I wanted it and reassembled the furniture.
Andrei is a great driver too. My new place has a very narrow gate with a steep ramp and he handled it like it was nothing!

It took 4.5 hours total, they billed me for 4 and a truck plus tips. My sanity and my back were totally worth it. Will definitely use them again and recommend to everybody I know!

Red and his crew went above expectations and worked hard non stop. They took great care of my things and I will definitely look them up the next time I need movers. Top notch….and also fun to be around!
