This was my first time using professional movers and I couldn’t be happier choosing Pure Moving. I was moving from Oakland to San Mateo on my own which made me nervous, but JJ and Mark made the whole process smooth and efficient. JJ called me the morning of to let me know what time they planned to arrive at my place. He talked me through the pricing and was very transparent about everything. I had about 13 boxes, some furniture and a bed frame they took apart and reassembled at my new place. All in all it took about 4.5 hours including drive time, mostly because my new place wasn’t as easy to move into, but JJ and Mark made it seem so easy!

I ultimately chose Pure over the many other companies I reached out to because of their pricing structure – they don’t charge any fuel surcharges or by mileage, just the double drive time if over 10 miles. Their hourly rate was more competitive and the Yelp deal is just the cherry on top. I totally forgot I had purchased the Yelp deal until JJ reminded me (whew)! That’s how great they are.

Stefan and his crew were the best. We all thought that they can’t fit our things in one truck but they did. They were so efficient and they worked so fast. They were also friendly and helpful especially when you want something to be carried or pack. They were just the best and the price was very reasonable.

Jeff and his crew crushed it with my move. They showed up on time, packed my entire place, and moved it with great care. Everyone was extremely professional and were able to place my furniture where I requested. I hope I never move again, but if I do, I’m using Pure Moving
